Requirements
Master's degree in public health, social sciences, or a related field required.
A minimum of two (2) years of experience in qualitative data collection.
Experience with health projects, particularly in family planning and reproductive health a plus.
Verifiable involvement in at least three prior projects as a field researcher in Sindh, preferably executed by international NGOs or donors.
Excellent analytical and personal communication skills and ability to work as a member of a team.

Responsibilities
Review all relevant documents required to understand the evaluation.
Participate in a Team Planning Workshop (TPW) in Islamabad (or Karachi) to understand the evaluation purpose and methodology and develop data collection instruments and data collection and analysis plans.
Under the supervision of the team leader and/or sector specialists, conduct group discussions and other field activities as per the data collection plan.
Take comprehensive and high-quality notes during interviews and, in consultation with other team members, transcribe and translate notes in English in accordance with the required format.
